If you are not happy with your purchase, we can exchange under certain conditions. We can only accept clothing returns in the original state with tags still attached, unwashed, free from perfume, make-up or any marks within 14 days after the delivery date. Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds at this period. We apologise for any inconvenience. The processing time can take up to 3-4 business days.
We only allow refunds if the item was faulty when you received it.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bodysuits and earrings. Please choose your products carefully.
